The Catholic bishops in Sierra Leone and Gambia form the Inter-territorial Catholic Bishops' Conference of The Gambia and Sierra Leone (ITCABIC) based in the Sierra Leonean capital Freetown. It was created in 1975, including the Bishops of Gambia, Liberia and Sierra Leone. The Liberian bishops formed a national bishops' conference in 1998.

The ITCABIC is a member of the Association of Episcopal Conferences of Anglophone West Africa (AECAWA) and Symposium of Episcopal Conferences of Africa and Madagascar (SECAM).
