Itivand-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان ايتيوندشمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Kakavand District, Delfan County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,126, in 622 families.[1] The rural district has 32 villages.
