Ivan Alekseyevich Vlasov (Russian: Иван Алексеевич Власов; 10 September [O.S. 28 August] 1903 in Nikolayevka, Temnikov Uyezd Tambov Governorate – 1969 in Moscow) was the nominal head of state of the RSFSR twice during the dictatorship of Joseph Stalin.[1][2]
