Izabela Dragneva (Template:Lang-bg; born October 1, 1971 in Varna) is a retired female weightlifter from Bulgaria, who twice competed for her native country at the Summer Olympics: 2000 and 2004. She won the silver medal in the women's – 53 kg division at the 1998 World Weightlifting Championships in Lahti.
Dragneva originally won gold at the 2000 Summer Olympics, but was stripped after testing positive for furosemide; American Tara Nott was awarded the gold.
