J.M. Huber Corporation is an American family-owned diversified company.

History

The J.M. Huber Corporation was founded in 1883 by Joseph Maria Huber, an immigrant from Bavaria, Prussia (now known as Germany).[1][2] It is still owned by the Huber family, who are billionaires.[3]

The J.M. Huber Corporation is headquartered in Edison, New Jersey.[1][4] Its Chief Executive Officer is Michael Marberry.[4][5]

The company comprises four subsidiaries: CP Kelco, Huber Engineered Materials, Huber Engineered Woods, and Huber Resources.[2] It also includes Huber Energy, Shelterwood Financial Services, and Demica.[4] It is the owner of the Mill Branch site in Warren County, Georgia, where it runs runs a kaolin mining operation.[6]
