J. Spenceley (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Spenceley's batting style is unknown.

Spenceley made two first-class appearances for the Surrey Club, the first came in 1846 against the Marylebone Cricket Club at The Oval, while the second came against the same opposition at Lord's in 1848.[1] He scored a total of 9 runs in these two matches, top scoring with 5.[2]
