John Patrick Cullen (born October 6, 1939 in Newark, New Jersey) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. Cullen played for the New York Yankees in 1962, 1965 and 1966. In 19 career games, he had a 4-4 record with a 3.07 ERA. He batted and threw right-handed.

Cullen was signed by the Yankees as an amateur free agent in 1959.
