Quintet (Mweetwa, Kunda, Chibwe, Mwaba) got contract's with RoPS. Later he has extended it to 2012. At season 2007, Chibwe played 23 games and scored four times in Finnish second level, Ykkönen. After the season RoPS won promotion to Veikkausliiga (Finnish Premier Division).

He was one of the most important players during the season when RoPS finished 10th in Veikkausliiga.[2] At the autumn 2008 he had some injury worries but he was recovered and he played 24 games, scoring two goals and providing two assists in 2009. During the current season, Chibwe scored nine goals and provided one assist, before succumbing to knee injury requiring surgery, effectively ending his season.[3]
