Jacob Buehler Snider was an American politician from Mississippi. Snider served as Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi from 1936 to 1940 under Governor Hugh L. White. He was both preceded and succeeded by Dennis Murphree.[1] In 1939, Snider unsuccessfully sought the Mississippi Democratic Party's nomination for Governor.[2]
