Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki is a Hindi television comedy soap opera that premiered on Star Bharat on 1 January 2018. The show is set in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is the remake of popular Bengali serial Bhojo Gobindo that airs on Star Jalsha.[4][5] The series went off the air in late-May 2018.[3]

Plot

The show revolves around three key characters: Janki Prasad Chaudhary, Daali and Kanhaiya. It narrates the story of a rich grandfather Janki Prasad Chaudhary (Dipankar De) and his spoilt granddaughter Daali (Shweta Bhattacharya) whose lives are changed when Kanhaiya (Vishal Vashishtha) enters their lives as their 'Bawarchi'. In the end, Kanhaiya marries Daali but the two are shot at and killed by Rocky (Harshit Arura) and Maya (Madhurima Basak).
