James C. Hanson

James C. Hanson was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.

Biography

Hanson was born at Slysrup on the island of Lolland, Denmark on July 11, 1862. He moved with his parents to Christiana, Dane County, Wisconsin as a child. He went to Albion Academy and Milton College.[1] Later, he lived in Deerfield, Wisconsin.[2]

Career

Hanson was a member of the Assembly from 1917 to 1940. He was a member of the Republican Party and the Wisconsin Progressive Party.
