James S. Marshall

James S. Marshall was Mayor of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Biography

Marshall was born on March 22, 1819, in Poultney, Vermont.[1] He later moved to St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Green Bay in 1857. In 1862, he married Harriet K. Bailey. They would have four children. Marshall died on April 2, 1892.

Career

Marshall was Mayor in 1867. He ran a boot and shoe store by trade.
