James W. "Skip" Hazzard was an American football coach. He was the head football coach at Arkansas Agricultural, Mechanical & Normal College (Arkansas AM&N)—now known as University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He held that position for three seasons, from 1932 until 1934. His coaching record at Arkansas AM&N was 14–10–3.[1]
