Raymond James Kemp (6 April 1918 – 27 December 1994) was a New Zealand cricketer active from 1945 to 1950 who played for North Island cricket team, Wellington cricket team.

Kemp was born in Wellington, New Zealand on 6 April 1918 and died in Upper Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand on 27 December 1994. Kemp appeared in eight first-class matches as a right-hand batsman. Kemp scored 413 runs, once he reached the 152 score.[1]
