Joakim Nilsson (born March 31, 1966) is a Swedish former footballer.

He played for Landskrona BoIS, Malmö FF and Sporting de Gijón.

He had also appeared for the Swedish national team, and participated in the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy.
