John Lilly (born 1971) is the Chief Executive Officer of the Mozilla Corporation, a subsidiary of the Mozilla Foundation that coordinates development of the open source Mozilla Internet applications, including the Mozilla Firefox web browser and the Mozilla Thunderbird email client.

Lilly succeeded Mitchell Baker in this role in January, 2008. Previously, Lilly was Chief Operating Officer at Mozilla Corporation.

John Lilly currently serves on the board of directors of the Open Source Application Foundation and Participatory Culture Foundation. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in computer science from Stanford University and holds five US patents.
