Jonus Pearson (born 28 May 1995) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who currently plays for the Brisbane Broncos in the National Rugby League. He plays at wing.

Background

Born on Thursday Island, Queensland, Pearson played his junior rugby league for the Yeppoon Seagulls, before being signed by the Brisbane Broncos.

Playing career

2015

In 2015, Pearson played for the Brisbane Broncos' NYC team.[2]

2016

In 2016, Pearson graduated to the Broncos' Queensland Cup team, Redcliffe Dolphins.[3] In Round 23 of the 2016 NRL season, he made his NRL debut for the Broncos against the Parramatta Eels,[4][5] scoring two tries.[6] In September, he re-signed with the Broncos on a 1-year contract until the end of 2017.[7]
