Jorge Ciro Fucile Perdomo (born 19 November 1984 in Montevideo, Uruguay), is an Uruguyan football (soccer) player that currently plays for FC Porto.

He was loaned for one season to the Portuguese team on 31 August 2006, the last day of the transfer window. He quickly gained a spot in FC Porto on the right side of defense, a situation also aided by an internal punishment that the coach Jesualdo Ferreira gave to Bosingwa. After the end of Bosingwa's punishment many people thought he would be back to the bench, but instead he started to play left side of the defense alternating in the starting eleven with Marek Cech. Ultimately he seems to have won the place over the slovakian international thanks to consistent performances. FC Porto that had just loaned him from Liverpool FC Montevideo acquired his pass because he is clearly a player with a bright future ahead of him.
