José Rodolfo Zelaya Portillo (born 19 October 1968 in Tegucigalpa) is a Honduran politician. He currently serves as deputy of the National Congress of Honduras representing the National Party of Honduras for Francisco Morazán.[1] He is one of the most notable and recognized politicians in the area of Security and Defense. He has presided, and been an active part of such commissions since the beginning of his career. Serving 16 years as Deputy, to this date[when?] in the National Congress of Honduras.
