Career

Early Career

Haboush started his youth playing career with the Richmond Strikers Under-16 Academy and the Elite Under-18 Academy before playing Division 1 college soccer with the VCU Rams of the Virginia Commonwealth University from 2008–2012.[1] While at VCU Haboush made 56 appearances for the soccer team and scored 3 goals at the same time along with 10 assists.[1] Haboush also went to high-school at Benedictine High School where he earned first team All-Metro player honors while helping the team win the State Championship in 2006.[1]

Richmond Kickers

On 12 February 2013 it was officially announced that Haboush was the first signing for the Richmond Kickers, his local side, of the USL Pro.[1] On 6 April 2013 Haboush made his debut for the Richmond Kickers against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in which he started and played the whole 90 minutes as the match ended tied at 0–0.[2] He went on to help the team win the Commissioner's Cup and claim the Regular Season Championship while helping earn the single-season record for most consecutive wins in history of United Soccer League (22).

Al Safa SC

On 18 October 2013 it was officially announced that Haboush signed a contract with Al-Safa' SC of the Lebanese Premier League.[3][4] Coming off back to back League Championships, Al Safa SC was looking to make a run in the 2014 AFC Cup against the top opponents in Asia. Along with Haboush, the Lebanese title holders signed Ibrahim Toure, younger brother of Kolo and Yaya Toure as well as Georgian Toba, of Romania. Haboush provided the assist with a free kick in a 1-0 win versus Suwaiq of Oman that would advance Safa to the Round of 16. Winning Group A and claiming 16 of 18 points, this was accomplished for the first time in the tournament's history. Al Safa SC would go on to lose their Round of 16 match against Al-Hadd from Bahrain in Beirut. Haboush started and played the full 90 minutes in every game of the tournament. Following their exit from the Cup, Safa would finish second in the domestic league behind Nejmeh. Haboush signed for another season in July 2014.
