Josip Bulat (born 18 March 1972 in Šibenik) is a retired Croatian footballer who is last played for HNK Šibenik. He is currently serves as a chairman of HNK Šibenik.

His younger brother Ivan, is also a retired footballer, currently sports director of HNK Šibenik.
