Jumper cable may refer to:

  • The jumper cables between the locomotive, railroad cars and the cab car or driving van trailer on push–pull trains for multiple-unit train control and the transmission of lower-voltage electricity.
    • The electrical cables (jumper cables) between the road tractor and a semi-trailer or a full trailer or the electrical cables between an automobile and any trailer.
  • Jump wire, a short electrical wire with a solid tip at each end used to interconnect the components in a breadboard
  • A pair of electrical cables used in a jump start (vehicle).
