K. D. Bhandari is a businessman turned politician in India and belongs to the ruling Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP). He is a member of Punjab Legislative Assembly and represent Jalandhar North.[1][2]

Family

His father's name is Chanan Ram.[3]

Political career

Bhandari participated in student politics in 1980. He actively entered into politics in 2004 as a Councilor of Jalandhar Municipal Corporation.[4] He was first elected to Punjab Legislative Assembly from Jullundur North in 2007.[5] In 2012, he again from Jullundur North which was named to Jalandhar North.[1]

He is the Chief Parliamentary Secretary of Punjab Government.[6]
