KIH49 (sometimes referred to as Meridian All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves the Meridian micropolitan area and surrounding cities. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Jackson, Mississippi with its transmitter located in Meridian, Mississippi. It broadcasts weather and hazard information for Clarke, Covington, Jasper, Jones, Kemper, Lauderdale, Neshoba, Newton, Scott, Smith, & Wayne Counties in Mississippi; as well as Choctaw, & Sumter Counties in Alabama.
