KOCI-LP (101.5 FM) is a low-power FM (LPFM) radio station that serves Newport Beach in Orange County, California, USA. It can be heard in Costa Mesa, and can reach as far as Westminster, Garden Grove, and Tustin.[1]

The original proposal for the station was written by Brian Helvey (current KOCI Director) in 2000.[1]

The station transmits with 42 watts effective radiated power from an antenna 45.7 meters height above average terrain.
