The land marks along the Kabarak clan's land includes; the famous Kapserton Cattle dip built in 1966 by the then age sets of Chumo, Sawe and a few elderly Korongoro. The dip has been serving the whole Kitany location for decades. It has also proved to be the only cattle dip which has survived the time challenge, many more have collapsed except this one.

The spectacular Koipa-cheligui is one unique view point at the edge of the escarpment. Though it is not utilized to its potential, it is not too late to make it one of the best tourist attraction site. The height of the cliff is estimated to be between 80 to 100 meters. The cliff faces the eastern direction making it a perfect spot for viewing the sun as it rises.
