Kaminoseki (上関町, Kaminoseki-chō) is a town located in Kumage District, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan.

As of 2011, the town has an estimated population of 3,278 and a density of 94.2 inhabitants per square kilometre (243.98/sq mi). The total area is 34.81 km2 (13.44 sq mi).
