Kamionna [kaˈmjɔnna] (German: Kähme) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Międzychód, within Międzychód County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Międzychód and 68 km (42 mi) west of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 530.
