Karl Lowe (born 17 September 1984) is a New Zealand rugby union footballer. Lowe is from Hastings and attended St Johns College and Hastings Boys High School.

In 2004 he debuted for Hawke's Bay against the Bay of Plenty Steamers.

In 2009 he was selected for the Hurricanes.

In 2014 Lowe join Japanese club Canon Eagles. In the Top League.

He was selected in the 2009 Junior All Blacks for the Pacific Nations Cup.

Lowe was part of the 2010 and 2012 Maori All Blacks.

Career

Lowe made six starts and five appearances from the reserves bench for the Hurricanes this season. At the breakdown Lowe is quite a destructive force and can also carry the ball and link with support. Lowe also made three appearances for the Junior All Blacks in this year's Pacific Nations Cup.
