Keeping Children and Families Safe Act (2003) was an American federal legislation reauthorizing the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, the Adoption Opportunities Act, the Abandoned Infants Assistance Act, and the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act.[1]
