Keith Lamar Jones (born March 20, 1966) is a former professional American football running back in the National Football League.

He played four seasons for the Atlanta Falcons (1989–1992). On 12 November, 1989 in San Francisco, he handled the kickoff duties after the Falcons' kicker Paul McFadden was injured in the pregame warmups.
