Ken Newell

The Very Reverend Doctor Kenneth Norman Ernest Newell OBE DD is an Irish Presbyterian minister. He served as Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland (June 2004-2005). Ken Newell was the minister of Fitzroy Presbyterian Church[when?] until his retirement on 21 September 2008.[1]

Ken Newell's time as a minister was marked by a commitment to peacemaking. He was responsible for building relationships with representatives of different communities in Belfast.
