Kentaro Sonoura (薗浦 健太郎, Sonoura Kentarō, born June 3, 1972) is a Japanese politician serving in the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature) as a member of the Liberal Democratic Party. He represented the 5th District of Chiba prefecture. A native of Takamatsu, Kagawa and graduate of the University of Tokyo, he was elected for the first time in the 2005 general election after an unsuccessful run in 2003.
