Kevin Taylor is an English former professional rugby league footballer of the 1960s and 1970s. He played at representative level for England, and Lancashire, and at club level for Oldham, as a hooker, i.e. number 9, during the era of contested scrums.[1]

International honours

Kevin Taylor won a cap for England while at Oldham in 1968 against Wales.[2]

County Cup Final appearances

Kevin Taylor played hooker in Oldham's 13-16 defeat by Wigan in the 1966 Lancashire County Cup Final during the 1966–67 season at Station Road, Swinton on Saturday 29 October 1966,[3] and played hooker in the 2-30 defeat by St. Helens in the 1968 Lancashire County Cup Final during the 1968–69 season at Central Park, Wigan on Friday 25 October 1968.

Honoured at Oldham

Kevin Taylor is an Oldham Hall Of Fame Inductee.[4]
