Kili Lefotu (born November 23, 1983 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is a former American football guard. He was originally drafted by the Washington Redskins in the seventh round (230th overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Arizona.

Lefotu was found unconscious in his hotel room in the evening of Wednesday, August 9, 2006. The exact cause is still unknown.[1]
