Kita-Ayase Station (北綾瀬駅, Kita-Ayase-eki) is a railway station in Adachi, Tokyo, Japan, operated by the Tokyo subway operator Tokyo Metro.
Lines
Kita-Ayase Station forms the terminus of the 2.1 km Kita-Ayase branch of the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line from Ayase Station, and is served by trains that shuttle between the two stations.

History
Kita-Ayase Station opened on 20 December 1979.[1]
Passenger statistics
In fiscal 2011, the station was used by an average of 25,225 passengers daily.[1]
Future developments
The station is to undergo rebuilding work to extend the platforms approximately 135 m toward Ayase Station to allow ten-car through trains to operate to and from the main Chiyoda Line.[2] New station entrances will also be added. Work is scheduled to be completed by the end of fiscal 2018.[2][needs update]
