Kjetil Borch (born 14 February 1990 in Tønsberg) is a Norwegian rower. Career highlights include finishing third at the 2009 World Rowing U23 Championships with Truls Albert in bow seat. Together with Nils Jakob Hoff he reached fourth place in the double sculls event at the 2010 World Rowing Championships and gold at the 2013 World Rowing Championships.
