Kladruby is a village and municipality (obec) in Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.87 square kilometres (1.11 sq mi), and has a population of 301 (as at 3 July 2006).

Kladruby lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south of Teplice, 16 km (10 mi) west of Ústí nad Labem, and 72 km (45 mi) north-west of Prague.
