Konkomba-Nanumba conflict (also known as the Guinea fowl war) was a war in Northern Ghana in 1994 between the Konkomba, Nawuri, Nchumuru, and Basare on one hand, and the Nanumba, Dagomba and Gonja on the other on land rights and claimancy of land ownership based on their historically-shaped percepts of settlement order.[1][2]
