Konrad Schiemann
Sir Konrad Hermann Theodor Schiemann, PC (born 1937) is a British barrister and judge. He served the Court of Appeal, and he was also a member of the Court of Justice of the European Union.[1][2]

- Pennington v Waine [2002] EWCA Civ 227, [2002] 1 WLR 2075 - English trusts law concerning the requirements for a trust to be properly constituted, and the operation of constructive trusts; Schiemann concurring with Arden LJ.
