The Korecki (plural: Koreccy) was a Polish[citation needed] princely family. The name is derived from the princely seat of the family at the city of Korets in the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland (today Rivne Oblast). The family descended from Narymunt, the second eldest son of Gediminas. The princely family line became extinct in the 17th century.
