Koregah-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرگاه غربي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khorramabad County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 45,409, in 9,297 families.[1] The rural district has 51 villages.
