Template:Infobox Ukrainian raion Kovel Raion (Ukrainian: Ковельський район) is a raion in Volyn Oblast in western Ukraine. Its administrative center is Kovel, which is incorporated as a town of oblast significance and is not a part of the district. Population: 40,347 (2015 est.)[1]
