Krebs–Henseleit solution

Krebs–Henseleit solution is a solution containing sodium (Na), potassium (K), chloride (Cl), calcium (Ca), magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), bicarbonate (HCO3), phosphate (PO4), glucose, albumin, and tromethamine (THAM).[1]

It has been used experimentally, for instance to study arteries ex vivo[2] and during isolated muscle testing of mammalian skeletal muscles.
