Kvam is a village in Gudbrandsdalen situated along the Gudbrandsdalslågen river. The village lies in Nord-Fron municipality in Oppland County, Norway. During the military campaign in Norway in 1940, Kvam was the scene of a battle between German and British forces. Kvam has a British military cemetery and its own railway station. Its population was 832 in 2006.

The village experienced devastating floods in 2011 and 2013.[1]
