Lake Bluff School District 65 is a K-8 school district located in the northern Lake County village of Lake Bluff, in the state of Illinois. The elementary school district is composed of two schools: Lake Bluff Elementary School (red foxes) and Lake Bluff Middle School (bobcats). Education in this district begins at Lake Bluff Elementary School, a school that covers Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade. The principal is Margret St.Claire and the assistant principal is Tracy Roehrick. Lake Bluff Elementary School District 65 continues through to Lake Bluff Middle School and feeds into Lake Forest High School. The LBMS Principal is Nate Blackmer. The superintendent of the district is Dr. Jean Sophie.

Activities in the middle school include a student council, a school newspaper, and a yearbook committee.

Lake Bluff Middle School is a 1:1 School with every student being issued a MacBook.
