Lake Ka-ho is a village in Cahokia Township, Macoupin County, Illinois (USA). It was incorporated in 2000[2] and had an estimated population of 246 in 2007.[3]

The village is part of the St. Louis, MO–IL Metropolitan Statistical Area.
