Lara Jackson (born October 14, 1986) is a freestyle swimmer from the United States. In 2008, she set the USA Record in the long-course women's 50 freestyle at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials. She swam for the University of Arizona, and at the 2009 NCAA meet set the meet and USA Record in the 50 yard freestyle.

Also at the 2008 Olympic Trials, she finished 3rd in the 50 Free behind Jessica Hardy and Dara Torres. Following Hardy's withdrawal from the Olympic team, prior to the Games; however, Jackson was not added to the Olympic team.
