Lauren Williams (born 25 February 1999) is a British taekwondo athlete who represents Great Britain. She is a double European champion as she won the 2016 European Taekwondo Championships and 2018 European Taekwondo Championships both in the 67 kg weight category. She was also double junior world champion as she won the competition both in 2014 and 2016.[1][2][3]
