Laurence Percy Farrar L'Estrange OBE was a British diplomat who served as the British Ambassador to Honduras from 1969 to 1972, under Harold Wilson's premiership.

L'Estrange had two sons, John and Larry.[1] Larry L'Estrange became a professional rugby player, capped for Ireland.[2] As a diplomat, L'Estrange held various posts in Latin America, according to one source.[3] According to the Honours List, aforementioned, L'Estrange had a post in Manila as well as Denver, Colorado where he served as British consul.[4] He was awarded the OBE; his son Larry was awarded the MBE.
